The LUNA Trial has finished recruiting women into the trial. 487 women kindly agreed to take part and we are very grateful to all of you who participated. The follow-up phase continues, and all participants will receive questionnaires by post 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 years after the original operation.

In order for the trial investigators to reliably find out whether LUNA works in the short and long term, we need as many of these questionnaires to be returned to us. We ask that participants:

• return their questionnaires promptly using the envelope provided
• let us know if they move house, or provide a contact address eg parents
• provide a phone number or email address where we can contact you to remind you about the questionnaires
• let us know if they had surgery eg hysterectomy
